Expense Entry

ExpensePoint Mobile enables seamless management of your entire expense reporting process. Capturing expenses has become effortless with this user-friendly mobile interface, allowing you to add any expense in a matter of seconds. The Receipt Reader system simplifies the process further by automatically reading receipts from images taken by you, even matching them to your imported Corporate Card transactions. Moreover, ExpensePoint tracks your mileage on the go with its GPS MileageTracker™ system, streamlining the expensing of mileage.

Reports can be accessed in summary, detail, or a color graph view showing spend percentage by category.

Users can monitor reports pending manager approval and those already approved.

Report Approval

Managers have the capability to review and approve expense reports efficiently, viewing associated expenses and receipts via report summary or detailed view screens. The managers can either approve or decline expenses at both the report level and individual expense level.

All company links and documents can also be accessed via the Company Links button.

Any data entered in ExpensePoint Mobile automatically syncs with your regular ExpensePoint account.
